He is an excellent communicator with effective management skills; strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities. Adept in ensuring sufficient human, financial, technological, informational, and material resources to lead the REDUCATO venture to success. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Chemistry and a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry.

Gratel D SOUZA has excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. She has almost ten years of executive assistant experience while actively participating and supporting the marketing director & the marketing team. Gratel is competent at customer service, sales coordination, marketing, administration, planning, etc. She has proven ability to multitask in stressful environments and identify growth opportunities within the company.

Aarya Mukund GOGTE is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of IT experience. During her career, she was involved in Functional analysis, Programming and Support for various ERP and web-based applications for Financial Products, Human Resource Products, Foreign Currency Applications on Client/Server, and Web. Aarya is an expert at database design, data visualization and system analysis. She earned Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Shibin is a skillful REDUCATO’s Chief Marketing Officer with a background in project planning, operations and marketing management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills enable him to manage multiple projects and perform research and development. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Application and an MBA in Operations and Production Management. He strives to expand his knowledge and acquired Google Ads Display and Google Ads Search Certification.

Sheeba’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Software Systems and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources. She has a proven ability to identify problems and provide solutions to management for decision-making. Sheeba has broad work experience as a secondary school teacher and deputy manager at the bank. She is experienced in leading and coordinating the efforts of diverse individuals to attain a specified goal.
