UX designer
Responsibilities
• Establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
• Create great usability and accessibility for users
• Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
• Design conceptual wireframes
• Estimate cost of materials and time to complete graphic design
• Work closely with Software Developer and CTO to communicate the design intent, goals, and functionalities of the digital platform
Requirements
• A university degree in visual arts OR college diploma program in graphic arts is required
• 1+ years of UX Design experience is an asset
• Expert knowledge of usability principles and techniques, interaction design and design patterns
• Experience working in a team
Software Developer
Responsibilities
• Write, modify, integrate and test software code
• Participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, feedback, and ideas
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions
• Assess new technologies, tools and infrastructure to keep up with the rapid pace of change
• Prepare documentation on the status of the digital platform development
Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Working experience in digital platform development
• Excellent team player, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills
